Contact Center, is highly valuable. If we find someone who has this, we will likely get to keep them on past 2 month contract. * H1bs are OK! His best guy is a H1B * *When they would start: Can start as quickly as next week.* What they will be doing: Plan and implement upgrade for Cisco multi-site Call Manager/Unity cluster from 9.1.1 to 11.X. Migrate remote location from one Call Manager cluster to newly-upgraded 11.X cluster. Communicate with IT and business leadership Potential additional work: Help support additional Call Manager and UCCX clusters with MACs and issues.
