| Key Skills : | EDUCATION • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE • 6+ years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS • Experience with business & technology user interaction to document business requirements, acceptance criteria and associated scenarios to help define test strategy • Facilitation of working sessions with stakeholders to document detailed requirements and business scenarios • Support creation of requirements and acceptance criteria that can measure progress against change objectives • Guide other analysts, developers and testers in the execution of development & UAT processes • Experience with Agile frameworks required • Experience with business architecture preferred • Experience with Fannie Mae Multifamily & the secondary mortgage market preferred • Experience with DOORs, Cucumber, ALM and Rally preferred |
