*Position:- SAP BW/BI HANA Consultant* *Location:- Mounds View, MN* *Duration:- 12+ Months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Must Haves:* · Bachelor’s degree required · 8 years of experience required · SAP Sales process experience · BO (business objects) experience · Functional specification documentation writing *POSITION DESCRIPTION * · Provide system support, analysis, and process improvement for *SAP Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence (BW/BI) and SAP HANA / BOXI production environment utilization. * · Partner with technical resources in the resolution of service requests (SRs) by providing detailed functional knowledge and/or conducting analysis of system problems to facilitate timely issue resolution. · Regularly interact with IT functional groups and Center of Excellence (CoE) business analysts for service request resolution, *user acceptance testing, change request (ECR) processes, and regression/service pack validated testing requirements. * *POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * · Perform system support activities and monitoring that assures timely resolution of Production Break Service Requests, preservation of global design and adherence to* validated testing and OCM protocols.* · Including, but not limited to: interpretation/definition of technical options for system changes, identification of impacts to SAP integration points, updating of functional documentation consistent with changes, and preparation and execution of validated testing. · Provide expertise on the Enterprise Change Request (ECR) process as well as ensure oversight of assigned ECRs throughout their entire lifecycle from initiation, assessment, technical solution identification, functional spec documentation, scheduling, development, testing, implementation, and closure. · Identify trends in system issues via Production break (ServiceNow) tickets and develop actions to minimizing the recurrence either through identifying technical changes needed or providing recommendations for end user training. · Provide process team performance metrics with regard to service request resolution, change request cycle time, and other SAP application support processes as required (i.e. emergency vs. planned changes, SR resolution trends, ECR lifecycle) Regards, Shivangi Tewari, Phone 248-565-4747 Ext-198 Fax: 248.254.7211 Tekshapers Inc 1441 E Maple Rd,Suit#301,Troy,Michigan, USA Certification: WMBE Certified | E-Verified Company | ISO 9001:2008 PSave trees.
