Greetings from *Global Enterprise Tech Resources Inc.* Below is the job description for your reference, do go through it and let me know your interest and the *expected rate on C2C/W2.* *Position: **Operations Change Coordinator* *Location: **Mequon, WI* *Duration: **1 year* *Interview process - Phone, Skype* The Operations Change Coordinator will work with Product Development Engineers to support the introduction of engineering change orders (ECO’s) into the manufacturing operations environment. This role requires a background in production coordination and operations planning, and familiarity with industrialization and purchasing. The position will include developing and documenting the process for ECO implementation. The candidate chosen for this position must be able to manage multiple projects, develop a strong working relationship within the project teams, have a continuous improvement mindset and be a quick learner. Key Position Requirements: • 3-5 years working in a manufacturing operations environment • Experience implementing Engineering Changes into the production environment • Coordination and tracking of production pilot, inventory management and purchasing activities • MRP system experience, SAP is preferred • Excellent organization and communication skills • Ability to switch projects and priorities quickly • Process development and documentation • Experience with Computer software: • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization Preferred Requirements: • Lean Six-Sigma background (green belt preferred) • Project Management experience (PMP certification not required) • Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio The Operations Change Coordinator will work with Product Development Engineers to support the introduction of engineering change orders (ECO’s) into the manufacturing operations environment.
