Duration: 6-12 months Interview: Phone & Skype *Description: *This high-profile role, the IT Business Analyst will work directly with client users to understand and document their business needs and translate them into business requirements, which are then delivered to our IT development team for new applications or systems enhancements. This role ensures the voice of the customer is accurately heard by collaborating with the various functioning departments, including onshore and offshore product development teams. This position will be responsible for development of business test cases and coordination with development resources. *What you'll be doing:* · Working closely with all levels of end users, including executive level staff, to quickly understand new requirements or problems, and then suggest possible solutions. · Managing various stakeholders representing different teams - executive, clinical, business, technology and product end users.
