I hope everyone is doing well ! We received a requirement for the Lead
Business Analyst position for client in Atlanta. Candidates MUST have *3-5+
years of experience in a Lead role*. They must also be *available to attend
an in person interview in Atlanta*. Candidates who have worked in the *Airline,
Travel and/or Hospitality experience* are preferred but they must at least
have experience working for *Fortune 500 companies*. They must also have
worked on long term projects and not changed jobs every 12 months.



In addition, the resumes MUST list the project budget and team size at the
beginning of each position in their resume. Resumes must include
information regarding personal accomplishments and contributions to the
organization, not just general BA job descriptions. If the resumes do not
have this information, they will not be considered for interviews. Please

Qualifications:

•             Business Analyst experience including the use of best
practices.

•             Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding
of how to interpret customer business needs (especially infrastructure
related needs) and translate them into application and operational
requirements.

•             Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes
and possess the technical knowledge needed to work with the infrastructure,
development and quality assurance teams at a detailed level.

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the
ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter
experts.

•             The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the
ability to work well with other business areas, often under tight
deadlines.

•             Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

•             Typical candidates will possess 7-10 years of relevant
experience and BA/BS Degree or equivalent.

•             Understands complex business processes and is able to
document them in a logical and comprehensible manner.

•             Advanced experience with Microsoft Word; Intermediate
experience with Microsoft Visio

•             Possesses familiarity with a variety of development methods,
including Agile and Waterfall, and how it applies to own area of work.
Familiarity with Project Management Work Breakdown structures.

•             UML behavioral and structural diagrams; UI / UX

•             Maintains current knowledge of industry and business process
trends and is able to apply that knowledge to existing business processes
with a focus towards process improvement.

•             Functions independently with limited work direction.

•             Strong organizational, time management skills and teamwork
skills.

•             Manages traceability of requirements across the project





*Responsibilities: *

•             Partner with and engage in a high level of interaction with
the business and project team to define scope, gather and create business
requirements for the functional requirements of the project.

•             Elicit and build requirements using interviews, document
analysis, business need statements, use cases, business scenarios, task and
workflow analysis and coordinate business sign off.

•             Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to understand and
document complex business needs, often eliciting hidden requirement and/or
clarifying vague or unclear requirements.

•             Create workflow diagrams to document current and future
business environment.

• Ensure accuracy of functional requirements/specifications for handoff to
development team.

•             Track progress of projects to ensure alignment to
requirements; manages any deviations from requirements, alongside the
Project Manager, to ensure resolution.

•             Acquire the technical knowledge and understanding of the
systems and requirements at a very detailed level including an
understanding of the data points and sources, system dependencies and
interactions.

•             Create business requirement documentation that is thorough
and complete and follows company standards as well as Business Analysis
best practices

•             Work closely with Project Manager for duration of project
acting as a conduit between the business teams and the Infrastructure
and/or software development team as it relates to business requirement
specifications.

•             Identify and recommend appropriate strategic solutions
(applications and workflows), ensuring development is within scope and will
address the business needs.

•             Coordinate ongoing change orders to the business requirements
working with the Project Manager on prioritization and impact.

•             Provide recommendations on potential opportunities for
further enhancements and present recommendations to Project Manager.

•             Engage with Quality Assurance Team by contributing to and
reviewing test scenarios / supporting QA team throughout testing life
cycles.
