The Java Developer will assist with the expansion of our client's Identity Management tool set, focusing on automated provisioning of services. The opportunity will require significant Java and EJB skills and possess a strong design and problem-solving background. Understanding of role management and provisioning principles is critical as the candidate works on interfaces and core capabilities of our client's IDM systems. Essential Duties 1. Be a technical resource by developing code on IDM systems. 2. Develop and maintain applications using Java in JBoss. 3. Understand and modify existing PL/SQL databases. 4. Work with Oracle Identity Manager as part of client's Identity Management toolset. Education & Experience 1. Bachelors degree plus five years of experience writing production-grade software in an enterprise-class Java development environment. 2. Applicable advanced degree a plus, but not required. 3. Demonstrated experience participating in large-scale software development efforts. 4. Experience with EJB, Hibernate; XML, XSL; JBoss; Struts and Spring Framework MVC. 5. Working familiarity with medium-scale database design (Oracle a plus). 6. Preferred experience with Web 2.0 application development (Ajax and web services APIs). Skills & Abilities 1. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 2. Complete and demonstrated knowledge of the Java programming language and related environments. 3. Experience with Identity Management and Provisioning toolsets (Oracle Identity Manager a plus). 4. Working understanding of the J2EE framework. 5. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7.
