Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Vernon Hills, IL Interview: Phone interview followed by Face to Face Duration: 6+ months 2 References (1managerial) from your current and previous project DL copy and visa copy Description: The Data Analyst is responsible for exploratory data analysis and insights to help plan, measure, and optimize business data needs. Utilizes database querying, data manipulation and statistical analysis to provide critical business support. Responsible for primary research to provide insights to help develop and support business solutions. Key Areas of Responsibility • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business objectives and provide analytics to best achieve those objectives. • Evaluate ongoing analytics needs from stakeholders and provide customized data sets. • Analyze data in SQL environment or BI Tools to create actionable insights which align to business objectives. • Present insights and recommendations via written and verbal communications that can be understood by a broad audience. • Participate in complex, large-scale cross functional project efforts. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of data analysis experience. • At least 5 years T-SQL experience in a relational data warehouse environment with MS SQL Server. Other Required Qualifications • Strong analytical skills. Ability to problem solve independently.
