Location: Hanover, Marryland. Local or open to relocate. Requires to be at
client site/in the office all 5 days a week.
Overall 8-10 years of IT experience, minimum 5 years of technofunctional
experience in PeopleSoft HR eading upto Peoplesoft 9.2
•        Experience in  supporting Core HCM, NA Payroll, Base benefits
•         Experience in PeopleSoft Tools like Application Engine, Component
Interface, PSQuery, Data Mover, Integration Broker,
.          Experience in development  having used SQR, PeopleCode,
Application Designer, BI Publisher, .
•         Knowledge of other Peoplesoft Module or willing to learn
Onboarding automation, Absence management modules is desired.
•         Should be expert in troubleshooting users issues
•         Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
analysis and design skills to work on enhancements
•         Should have good communication skills, ability to foster and
maintain strong working relationship with client/Business users and SME's
•         Need to work in Application Management and development project.
•         Should have experience and open to provide on-call support on
weekdays (out of office hours) and weekends for high priority production
issues.
•         Ability to acknowledge, communicate, escalate and resolve
problems with minimal to no supervision
•         Experience and Knowledge of using STAT tool is a plus
