Quality assurance testing of development work. Create test scripts for user acceptance testing. Oversee the project plan and maintain velocity of the milestones/deadlines. Documentation of training guides and manuals. Additional projects as requested by the manager or director. The BA will need to have strong experience in working with data. · The BA shall be proficient in working with data. · The BA will be responsible for translation business requirements into technical requirements. The BA will have a big responsibility in the testing of the software solutions. · The BA will need to create test data, test the applications and validate the testing results. The BA will need to create complex workflow models and process maps. · The BA will also be responsible for data mapping. The BA should be a self-starter and be able to map data from one schema to another with little or no documentation. *Requirements:* · Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree and possessing 8 or more years’ experience in implementation of large scale critical projects. · Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed plus having attention to details. · The ability to capture, organize and analyze information. · Excellent communication and written skills in English. Proven interpersonal skills. · High level of expertise in MS Office programs and Sharepoint. · Extensive knowledge and use of MS Outlook.
