Here is the job description and some notes gathered regarding the role for
a Sr. BA with RSA Archer experience. Project will go until end of 2017.



senior business analyst to participate on an eGRC project team at our
customer’s location in Bellevue, WA in the implementation of the new RSA
Archer 6.x release.



*Qualifications:*

• 5+ years of experience working with RSA Archer eGRC software as a
business analyst.
• Strong understanding and experience with Archer advanced workflow,
mapping, event triggers, developing/validating business and functional
requirements.
• Experience with RSA Archer configuration, including on-demand
applications, data feeds, custom calculations, data-driven events,
notifications, questionnaires, workflow, data fields and cross-references.
• Experience translating business requirements into RSA Archer solutions,
working across multiple business groups focused on end-user needs.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict management and meeting management skills.
• Proven experience working in or in close partnership with technology
organizations
• Effective communicator and relationship manager. Able to ask well-crafted
questions and present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, good listener
who engenders creative thinking and teamwork





*Here is the scope for the project:*



This effort continues to support a phased approach, which includes elements
of a governance committee, strong program management and continued IT
resources to stabilize and improve the initial design and implementation
with the following programs and business units within PSE in 2017:

*SOX*

Details

·         Establish an internal tool for housing testing documentation for
250+ controls

·         Enhance reporting capabilities by using real-time dashboards to
communicate results and status of control testing

·         Automate process of quarterly Officer 302 sub-certification

*Enterprise Risk *

Details

·         Establish an enterprise-wide risk register of 200 – 300 potential
risks

·         Improved reporting capabilities

*Environmental and Program Services*

Details

·         Implement a formalized approach to conduct investigations,
identify root causes and, as appropriate, establish mitigation plans

·         Track and monitor findings and violations, tied to a regulation
or permit

·         Provide new reporting tools based on investigations, findings,
violations and tasks

·         Replace xEM as the environmental tracking system (assumes Archer
can meet needs and/or xEM is determined to be unsupported after 2017)

*FERC*

Details

·         Formalized approach to conduct Standards of Conduct
investigations, identify any root causes and, as appropriate, establish
mitigation plans

·         Store all PSE-related FERC orders in one place

*Gas Pipeline Safety*

Details

·         Allows for consistent tracking of internal and external
investigations, findings, and corrective actions

·         Allows tracked items to be tied to regulatory source requirements
or other source requirements providing easy query and reporting

·         New reporting tools based on investigations, findings, violations
and task status

·         Replacement for xEM with more functionality regarding task
tracking and assignment

·         Standardizes audit management tracking

*NERC*

Details

·         Modifications or full rebuild of the self-certification module to
include the ability to have either a full self-certification of 100% of all
applicable requirements or a partial self-certification that can be updated
annually

·         Integration of WECC self-report into Archer, and additional
approval and review functionality for a Finding, and to track the data
requests from WECC

·         Additional format flexibility when exporting reports, and
customization of search reports to aid the user to more quickly find the
item(s) they are searching for

·         Additional functionality to aid in migration from xEM to Archer

·         Additional improvements to the capabilities to monitor, manage
and report on controls

*Energy Imbalance Market Compliance*

Details

·         Upload all CAISO and CARB compliance requirements as
authoritative sources

·         Plan and design process flow charts for 2018 programming and
implementation

*IT Security Risk and Compliance (Not part of the CSA)*

Details

·         Upload all PSE IT Security Policies and any IT security
compliance requirements as authoritative sources
