Please find the requirement below and send me matched resumes to shiv...@svktechinc.com Salesforce Wave Analytics Consultant Location: Palo Alto, CA Description: * 5+ years of experience developing analytics using Salesforce platform as the backend * 2+ years of experience working with Wave Analytics * Create Wave datasets from using internal Salesforce data and external data sources * Experience with the Salesforce web services API * Write SFDC SOQL queries to search and display data from SFDC Org using tools such as Workbench * Designs, develops, and maintains reports and multi-level dashboards in Wave * Knowledge of Apex Data Loader, SOQL or more advanced ETL tools * Write database SQL queries to search and display data from an Oracle database using tools such as SQL Plus and TOAD * Strong problem solving and analytical skill * Experience in agile development methodology/scrum is a plus * Work with Business Applications, Business Analytics, and Sales Operations Team, this position will influence best practices in analytics development, and related apps and tools * Defines business requirements and creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with Salesforce and internal existing systems/platforms * Candidate must have experience in IT project requirement gathering, deployment and implementation Preferred Skills: * Hands on experience in analyzing data, identifying trends and building visualizations * Experience with data modeling, logical star schema design and data warehouse concepts * Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Data Transformation Services, etc.) a strong plus * Experience with latest trends in Hadoop, Apache Pig a strong plus * Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
