Greetings from *Global Enterprise Tech Resources Inc.* Below is the job description for your reference, do go through it and let me know your interest and the *expected rate on C2C/W2.* *Work authorization – Only USC* *Position: Agile/Scrum BA* *Location: Lansing, MI* *Duration: 12+ Months * *Primary Responsibilities* · Work directly with various business areas and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document detailed requirements. · Work with business resources and application owners to mine existing requirements from the ETS application. · Track time and estimate future work. · Establish consistent processes for gathering data with customer base. · Obtain approval of requirements from business. · Assist with the development of business processes. · Review test cases to ensure requirements are properly covered in order to validate functionality. *Requirements* · Documented experience in successfully working as a business analyst on IT projects (full project lifecycle) with scope included writing a complex system. · Experience in working on IT projects. · Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. · Experience with Agile methodology. · Experience in requirements traceability. · Experience facilitating design sessions. · Experience in developing business process models.
