*Start Date: Open* *Contract – 3 Months * USC/GC/GC-EAD only The, will lead all aspects of development and operations of the Salesforce.com Platform and mobile applications and ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions that enable Franchise Sales and Operations to accomplish business objectives. This requires the ability to develop and support applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, SF Mobile, Lightening and the Force.com platform. Responsibilities include translating functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications, conduct research, technical analysis, design, development, testing and implementation for Salesforce projects and enhancements based on industry best practices. Manage platform operations to facilitate continuous improvement of the Salesforce.com environment. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge, skills and experience creating innovative custom applications on the Force.com platform including declarative and programmatic capabilities using Apex and Visualforce and experience with Agile Development methodology. The Salesforce Developer, Manager will be hands-on and have demonstrated development experience in a diverse working environment. Job Functions: - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and/or independently and build Custom Applications on the Salesforce.com Platform and integration with Enterprise Systems. - Provide project requirements, technical design, integration architecture, solution recommendations, ROM estimates and detailed requirements. - Govern Change Management process from development sandboxes to production and across the development lifecycle. Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested, approved and deployed. - Provide Technical Support for Salesforce.com and integration with various IT Systems. - Manage Salesforce releases with pre-sandbox review and testing of all new development functionality. - Remain current on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvement.
