Below is the job description for your reference, do let me know your interest. *Job Title : JDE World RPG developer* *Job Location : Aliso Viejo, CA* *Duration : 8 – 12 Months* *Interview : Telephonic/Skype* We are in need of a *senior (10+ years) JDE World RPG developer* for a long term project in Aliso Viejo, CA. Candidates in *California/local are a plus* but not required. Experience with Home Building or even better BuildPro is a huge plus. **** Please only send me senior JDE World RPG developers. Position is senior level JDE programmer/analyst. Primary responsible is providing functional and technical support to the BuildPro Team and Regional BuildPro Administration Teams with emphasis on JDE/BuildPro data integration and data analysis. Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, analyzing and reconciling activities related to data integration between JD Edwards and BuildPro. This includes support for all related data integration modules, module rollout and production scheduled jobs. The position is responsible for providing assistance to first level support as well as direct support to the user community. Also responsible for helping coordinate the efforts of third-party consultants to deliver issue resolution, enhancements and new functionality. *Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* · Provide second level help desk support · Coordinate project write-ups · Perform new software development · Perform programming enhancements and break fixes · Support rollout of modules to homebuilding divisions · Use Excel as a tool to reconcile data sets, convey ideas, communicate module rollout status, identify issues and communicate resolution to issues · Maintain JDE data integration Dream Writers · Troubleshoot issues where senior level data analyst skills are required · Communicate on a daily basis with the BuildPro Team and Regional BuildPro Administration Teams · Actively participate on conference calls and group discussions with the business, BuildPro Team, Regional BuildPro Administration, JDE Team and Hyphen Solutions · Assist project managers with architecting solutions to business problems · Support user community directly · Write documentation · Test and document other developer change requests for deployment · Coordinate integration testing of new BuildPro module · Identify gaps in existing functionality · Research and report issues · Create test data sets *Knowledge and Experience Requirements:* · 5+ years of experience as an RPG developer · 5+ years of JD Edwards World experience · Senior level IBM DB2 for i experience · Senior level SQL experience · Experience analyzing and breaking down issues and information using structured frameworks and methodologies *Skills Required:* · Must possess senior level RPG language programming skills · JDE Purchase Order experience is highly desirable · JDE Homebuilder experience is desirable · BuildPro experience is desirable · Excellent level data analyst/reconciliation skills · A high level of proficiency in Excel · Knowledge of business processes, homebuilding industry, and applications · Ability to think analytically and conduct customer-facing communications · Ability to focus on business priorities and imperatives · Experience writing technical documentation with a high attention to detail · Strong experience in requirements gathering *Physical Requirements:* · Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines. · Sitting for extended periods of time. · Physically able to participate in online and in person training sessions, presentations, and meetings. · Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management Thanks & Regards, Sekhar Email : sek...@sparinfosys.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
