ยท Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation,
administration, configuration, and scripting
- ServiceNow Admin (or higher) certifications desired (not required WITH
equivalent experience)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- Previous experience in administration and configuration of other ITSM
Tools a plus (Remedy, BMC Magic, etc.)
- Background in either software development or IT Service management
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices
(ITIL v3 certification a plus)
- Understanding of Agile based approach to software development (SCRUM
experience a plus)
- Ability to work remotely and largely unsupervised, and to deliver to
written requirements
- Ability to work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate
well via phone and email (writing skills)
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving ability
- Experience in use case, functional and user acceptance testing a plus
- Experience with Javascript required
- Experience with web based programming languages a plus - Angular JS,
XML, JSON, html, css and similar highly valuable; or
- Experience as a DBA, or similar, greatly desired, but not required
(Understanding of relational database concepts is a must)
- Experience with recent ServiceNow versions - Helsinki (ideal), Geneva
(acceptable)
- Experience with ServiceNow update sets, required
