Title : Data Analyst with CRM Duration: 9 Months (contract) Location: Washington, DC Locals to DC/MD/VA Strongly preferred Job Description Experience with CRM, Statistical required, SPSS/SAS/Excel (Preferred) This person needs to have Strong and recent CRM experience. Experience with Convio is strongly desired but they are flexible as long as the person has CRM experience. *Responsibilities:* - Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports - Assist the team with refining data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize data/process/programmatic efficiency and quality - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems - Work with the team to prioritize business and information needs - Help the team locate/find and define new process improvement opportunities - Actually use the phone and online system to deliver specific products, whether for state or national office - Proven working experience as a Data Analyst - Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques - Strong knowledge of and experience w/reporting packets (Report writer), databases (SQL), programming like Javascript may be helpful - Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS or SAS) - Strong analytical skills w/ the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate signification amount of data/information with great attention to detail and accuracy. - Skillful at queries, report writing and presenting findings - Knowledge of Convio and/or similar systems for online communication - Knowledge of phone platforms and how to utilize them for advocacy communication [image: Halo Group] <http://www.halogroup.us> *ARJUN MALLIK* Senior Executive Recruiter *Email: * *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Office:* *630-922-5091* <630-922-5091> *Web: * *www.halogroup.us* <http://www.halogroup.us> Please note: The information contained herein and any documents accompanying this email are privileged and confidential information from this company intended only for the use of the addressee named above.
