Key Responsibilities
Skill requirements:
· Technical Architect (experience with architecture, design, development,
global deployment, high availability, disaster recovery, performance, sizing
etc)
· SAP HCM skills to architect these big bets,
o Master data consolidation from non-SAP and legacy HR & Payroll systems
o Reporting/Analytics/Dash boarding in BO/BW Data marts (this is to
develop the HR reporting and analytics architecture)
o SAP HCM global application solution architecture, providing options,
costs and pro/cons
· Web-based point solution architecture, development, deployment
experience (SSO, Siteminder, Apache, Networks etc)
· Technical skills with SAP NetWeaver Portal, ABAP, JAVA, Adobe Forms,
Web Services, SOAP, XML, Web Dynpro, Integration tools (SAP XI/PI, Informatica
and/or TIBCO EMS/BW) and Infrastructure (Unix, Intel , Storage, Capacity
Planning)
· Soft skills- self driven to lead and drive the agenda. Manage multiple
initiatives. Prepare and present effectively to Sr. leadership and customer
teams.
· Travel may be required- Ideal to have position based in Dallas (Plano)
or New York office (45 mins north of the NY city)
This role entails,
1. 70% SAP HCM architecture and strategy
2. 30% best of breed / critical systems / legacy integration
