For example -> The candidate should have a working knowledge of JDBC, not just exposure to it through Hibernate. Web Service implementation Candidate should have created and implemented web services, not just consumed them. WS-Security, Web Services Standards (SOAP, JAX-RPC, WSDL, WS-I*). *PL/SQL* The ability to write complex sql statements is a necessity. Good understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath JSP development including JavaScript and AJAX Use of JUnit for unit testing The candidate must have experience writing JUnit test cases and test suites in a professional environment.
