Title : QA Lead. Location : Rochester, NY Duration : 6 months contract Max Rate : $45/hr C2c There are really 3 areas covering in the interview: Test experience – ideally in an ETL/Data Warehouse environment, test automation experience would be considered a plus. Technology experience – specifically SQL and some scripting Leadership experience We’re looking for folks who have been part of a cross-functional (or similar project level) team where they were the test representative. It would also be a plus if they had participated in cross-organizational initiatives, even if they weren’t the lead on that effort. Must be willing to be onsite in Rochester, NY 10+ years testing and quality assurance experience 2+ years of experience directing and/or managing teams of testers Key skills and daily responsibilities Understands complex test methodologies and quality assurance processes Creates test cases and scripts Mentors lower level QA Analysts. Experience reporting and managing test defects to resolution o Generating defect reports o Generating test status reports Creates and manages test plan Generates test summary reports Advanced level of SQL experience, ability to create complex SQL queries Assist with the creation of test plans Certification (details TBD) Ability to perform technical interviews Primary Technical / Business Skills: A general background in one the health insurance industry is considered highly desirable.
