Position: Java Architect
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 3 months
Rate: $65/hr
*Required Skills:*
Java Architect must have strong foundation in software design and
development, J2EE framework, design patterns (especially *MVC and
SOA),*software architecture, object-oriented programming and technical
leadership
and mentoring. And also, candidate must have prior *experience in
architecting, designing and developing new frameworks using Java, J2EE.*
*Desired Skills*
Architecting and designing foundational frameworks to be used by
applications across the enterprise.
Developing / enabling Web Services that are SOA based to be used by ESB
technologies, based on J2EE technologies using SOAP.
Experience with completing design artifacts using UML
Experience with the Spring Framework 2.5
Experience in Web-Tier J2EE frameworks such as Struts and JSF
Experience with JavaScript and AJAX based UI frameworks
Experience with ORM or persistence frameworks
Experience with SA3 or Agile methodology
Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed
