Job Description:
The Program Leader is responsible for the execution & validation of
assigned programs that support the GEHC Quality Management System.
Responsibilities focused on the development and execution of policies and
procedures compliant to the global regulators in the areas of CAPA, device
and pharmaceutical complaint review boards, management review, and field
corrective action assessment

Key Resposibilities:
Supports operational excellence of assigned program(s), including project
reviews, feasibility analysis, cost benefit analysis, prioritization,
resourcing, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related
to the program.
Developed CAPAs in response to FDA
Led and facilitated the problem solving team which resolved site issues
Communicates program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to Quality Program
Manager & business leadership.
Provides direction to project team resources to support and deliver
solutions relating to the program(s).
Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to
seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives
and activities of the organization.
Coordinates program support activities, including the support of internal
and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks,
requirements gathering, development, implementation, testing and training
plans, and supporting the successful transition to the functional owners.

Quality Specific Goal:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management
System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and
regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined
deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate
corrective action as required.
Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction as
applicable.
Develop an open quality culture within the organization that fosters issue
discussion and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED plus 4 years working
experience and understanding of product development, manufacturing, quality
control and servicing in a medical device environment).
Demonstrated program/project management experience
Experienced in compliance activities related to GMP and FDA inspections
Experience developing and executing the strategy for remediation of CAPAs
Excellent communication skills: able to clearly communicate complex
information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver message
effectively verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation & conflict
resolution skills.
Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link results to operational
performance drivers, and generate alternatives.
Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change .
Strong organizational skills.
Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation
software.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (or local language).

Prefered Qualification:
Demonstrated knowledge with regulations in the medical device and/or
pharmaceutical industries.
Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools.
Ability to multi-task & handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.
