Candidate must have four (4) years experience designing/developing large scale application systems in a multi-tiered environment, at least one (1) years of which must be working in JEE Application Servers. *ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS* Candidates must also have three (3) of the preferred skilled sets listed below. 1.) Hands on experience with IBM IDE: Rational Application Developer (RAD) and/or Rational Software Architect (RSA). 2.) Hands on IBM Portal (6.1 or above preferred) server experience. 3.)
