The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills, both individually and collaboratively, and will have experience working with 3rd party technical support groups such as Oracle Support. Must be able to work well in a fast paced multi team environment and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Good communications skills are essential, both oral and written, with emphasis on standard office communications as well as being able to create, follow and improve upon documented procedures.
