Job Title : EE-Lead Tester Location : Mountain view, CA Duration : Full Time Job Description: Leading large teams and challenge assumptions, measure their productivity etc. Delegating, monitoring regular tasks, tracking of schedules, evaluating the performances of team members. Collecting different metrics / reports (project / team / management), analyzing the same and formulating different strategies. Identify the process improvements to maximize output, formulate the strategies in coordination with customer. Manual Testing of different Web Apps. Identifying & Tracking Bugs using different defect tracking tools. Awareness on the features & testing of Google Products like Gmail, Youtube, ChromeOS / Browser Etc. Scheduling required trainings, knowledge transfer, product knowledge to teams. Coordinating between different offshore / onsite module teams and meetings. Working in sync with customer on all the activities. Planning strategies for different releases / new modules launch. Estimating the tasks / work and planning for the allocation of the same. Around 8 to 10 years of Exp. profiles.
