*Basic Function:* This is a senior-level position. Consultant will be responsible for reviewing all code changes on a daily basis for possible defects, performance, design flaws, and best practices for Java based web applications. This consultant will provide daily reporting on the changes reviewed. This resource will research, evaluate, and recommend tools for automating code reviews. Mentors less experienced developers on development best practices and performance improvements. The type of candidate that would best fit this role would be someone that has grown up in a Java development role but will now be reviewing the coding work of others.
