Analyst must have P&C claim experience in all coverages, catastrophe, and testing experience. Resource will be expected to provide subject matter expertise in the required area, to participate in discussions using acceptance test driven development with agile project methodology, to develop business requirements, process maps, identify data elements, create business rules, create workflows, assist in UI design, create training materials, develop and execute test cases, effective verbal and written communication, time management, and troubleshooting skills are also required. Individuals will also be needed to assist with packaging and estimating work. The Business Analyst will need to be a self-starter, organized, resourceful, with solid communication skills, expected to meet all deadlines, actively participate in facilitated discussions, ability to make presentations to a variety of audiences.
