Description:
Primary project delivery will involve assistance in delivering:
Implementation of vCenter High Availability
Complete design documentation
Build new management cluster
P-V current vCenter server to management cluster
Document and execute test plan
Complete knowledge transfer to resources
Improving Change Management/Lifecycle processes
vCOPS implementation and testing
Implementing vCenter High Availability (ex. - building a new cluster, P-V
current vCenter)
ESX Build (new cluster deployments as per design)
Establish vCenter Compliance and Reporting
Establish Performance and Capacity Practice
Secondary objectives will include assistance in the delivery of the
following projects:
Improving Change Management/Lifecycle processes
Complete process documentation
Complete knowledge transfer to resources
vCOPS implementation and testing
Complete process design and system documentation
Complete knowledge transfer to resources
ESX Build (new cluster deployments as per design)
Establishing vCenter Compliance and Reporting
