Job Title : *COBOL Specialist* Location : Albany, NY Duration : 24+months MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. 60 months full-time experience working on large COBOL based data processing systems 3. 60 months full-time experience working within a diverse public or private service delivery organization focusing on the maintenance of a large-scale data processing system. 4. 48 months full-time experience in overseeing medium scaled projects comprised of sub-projects and distinct deliverables; typically coordinates and delegates the assignments for the consultant project staff numbering over 10. Focal point of contact for Issuing Entity regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements; scope changes/extensions, and financial, administrative, and technical issues and concerns raised by consultant staff or Issuing Entity. 5. 48 months full-time experience with the Title XIX Medicaid Program and large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems, with special emphasis on interfaces with other systems. (A plus) 6. 48 months full-time experience with public assistance and associated programs, with special emphasis on interfaces with other large human services systems.
