*Position:              Senior MS-Data Warehouse Developer*

*Responsibilities:*

Develop documentation for data mapping and model. Demonstrate strong skills
on Microsoft Business Intelligence architecture and development tools.
Utilize effective oral and written communication skills. Adhere to
development standards and naming conventions. Follow change management and
testing policies. Work with business analysts to estimate efforts and
timelines. Assist junior developers in development. Assume complete
ownership of one or more data warehouse subject areas. Participate in team
and cross-team meetings. Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and
maintenance of applications.

*Required Skills:*

University requires a senior level data warehouse developer with Microsoft
Business Intelligence experience. The developer will be responsible for the
development of the data warehouse for Laboratory and Revenue Cycle
operational analytics.

·         Minimum of three years working experience on Microsoft Business
Intelligence technology.

·         The developer must have hands-on development experience using
Microsoft SQL Server, Analysis Services (SSAS), Integration Services
(SSIS), and Reporting Services (SSRS).

·         He or she must also demonstrate proficiency in T-SQL programming
language.

·         The developer is required to have solid know-how on data modeling
including the Kimball methodology.

·         Any working knowledge with MDX and Performance Point will be a
plus.

·         The developer will work with business analysts providing input on
dashboard design and estimating the level of effort.

·         He or she will carry out the development of the dashboards from
end to end and actively participate in the daily scrums.

·         The selected candidate will perform data mining, design fact and
dimension tables, develop ETL, construct cube measure groups and
dimensions, and create dashboards.

·         He or she is required to perform unit testing, system testing and
performance testing at each phase of the development cycle. During the User
Acceptance Testing phase, the developer is responsible for correcting
defects and managing change requests.

·         The successful candidate must be able to work independently as
well as within a team and will report to the IR Manager of the analytic
team.

·         He or she must seek to understand business workflow and be able
to recognize customers’ objectives.
