*Position Description:*
Define, plan, execute and report on all automation activities within a
testing project, including script planning, execution, and defect logging.
Manage work team, work allocation and own deliverable

*Key Responsibilities:*
Understand and analyze automation requirements
Understand current level of automation
Define approach and methodology for automation
Framework building
Design and develop automation framework
Manage work allocation
Own and manage delivery
Review automated script and other artifacts
Project tracking and reporting
 Define metrics and measures to evaluate automation effectiveness
Develop automated functional test script suite
 Execute automated functional test, capture and analyze results
Log defects
Maintain automation script repository


Must have:
Very good understanding of automated testing processes and methodologies
Very good understanding and hands-on experience with automated testing
tools - QuickTest Professional, Quality Center
Very good in VBScripting
Experience in automated test design, test scripting, script execution,
capturing results, reporting defects and maintenance of test suite

Good to have:
Experience in automation frameworks design and implementation
Business knowledge-
Financial Experience
