*Please send resume to s...@cncconsulting.com * Job Title: .Net Developer - Winforms -- Retail Desktop Application Location: Union, NJ Duration: 6-12 months Our client, an international leader in the Retail/E-Commerce space is seeking a .Net Developer to work on an Enterprise-wide WinForms project. You will be responsible for adding new enhancements to their existing desktop WinForms application, and may possibly work with WPF as well. This project is working mainly on the UI aspect of WinForms, not the Database side. Responsibilities and Required Skills: 5 + years experience hands-on WinForms experience, specifically on the UI aspect (as opposed to Database side); This will be specifically for DESKTOP APPLICATIONS, not WEB APPLICATIONS 5+ years experience with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 2008 or higher and C# 2 + years/excellent understanding of WPF Expertise in writing SQL Queries Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially, Oracle and DB2 UDB), SQL, PL/SQL Proven ability to build high-performance and stable client/server applications utilizing RDBMS. Experience in building applications in an N-tier environment is highly desired. Proficient with the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7. Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, DB Visualizer, PL/SQL Developer, etc), MS Source Safe or other source code control system, XML. Excellent verbal and written skills (using English).
