Job Title: Oracle DBA Location: Des Moines,IA Duration: 6+ Months Contract Required Skills: Providing training to data warehouse and other staff on Oracle query language, building automated processes, building stored procedures, and creating data extracts using multiple tables from a highly normalized database. Develop complex data extracts from the ELIAS system. We have several systems that will need ELIAS data and this person will work with various groups to define, design, and develop flattened data extracts that will, via automated processes, move from the ELIAS environment to the mainframe on a daily basis. Experience with both traditional application database design and dimensional database modeling for design support structures. Experience developing automated data extract packages from source transactional systems to decision-support databases (normalized and dimensionalized) Experience with Oracle decision support tools. Experience working with team members and providing training on Oracle SQL query language. Experience with SQL Server (2005, 2008, 2012) and key differences between SQL Server T-SQL and Oracle SQL query languages.. Thank you for your time and look forward to work with you...
