3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field - A copy of your diploma must be submitted with your FORM-1 document. - Experience developing applications using minimum version of VB.NET<http://vb.net/>3.0 and above. - Experience using ODP.NET <http://odp.net/>, SQL, PL/SQL, writing stored procedures, functions, packages in minimum version of Oracle 10g or higher. - Experience developing applications using WPF and/or WCF. - Experience working directly with users in human services staff to develop requirements, identify and analyze application problems, develop workable and business process re-engineering. - Experience working directly with users in human services staff to develop requirements, identify and analyze application problems, develop workable and business process re-engineering. - Experience performing regression and integration testing. - Experience working within a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system as part of the Application Development organization developing application software.
