*Summary:*

Engineering team is looking for a self-driven leader to manage eCommerce
site production support and opertations. You will work in a fast-paced
start-up type environment with a diverse set of business and systems
stakeholders.



 *Primary Responsibilities:*



•Work with a global Digital operations team providing 24 X 7 operational
support and development support for application maintenance and enhance
across all Digital assets

• To work closely with the Business team and Engineering teams to help
enable the Digital business

• The successful individual must demonstrate outstanding communications
skills.

Ø  Should be able to manage third party service provider

Ø  Technically sound in on line systems, Java, DB and infrastrcuture so can
drive the cross functional teams during Sev 1 or Sev 2 situations to
immediate resoultion.

Ø  Strong technical mind set, anlaytical problem solving skills, influence
people to triage, analyze and resolve issues quickly

Ø  Manage deployments to production

Ø  Willing to make self avialable be it late evening or weekends if there
are production issues

Ø  Proactively build scheduled maintenance plan and executes

Ø  Build weekly calendar of events and executes them with precision
