Looking forward to hear from you!!!! *APPLICATION PACKAGER:*** * * *Application packager*** *Cedar Rapids; IA* *6-12 months* *Skype* * * *Notes: Wise Packaging is a must* This position will perform the full life cycle of software packaging including: • Requirement gathering/verification • Analysis • Application Packaging/Bundling • Application Testing • Application Removal The candidate will create packages using Microsoft APP-V Solution, Wise Package Studio, Flexeria or other standard methods. This position will also require packaging using VB scripting, Wise scripting, PowerShell and silent installs. The candidate will demonstrate a good working knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs and will need a solid understanding of the Windows Operating System including the registry, file system and security permissions. The position will be required to troubleshoot desktop issues associated with automation and/or packaging. This position will be required to work closely with all desktop infrastructure teams to ensure that software gets properly installed to the desktops. Degree in computer science or related area or equivalent knowledge required. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in desktop, server, network role and/or experience in a Windows XP / Windows 7 environment is required.
