1. Very strong in *HTML5 and CSS3, JQUERY*
a. Have worked to ensure that their code works on *all
hand held devices (ipad, tablet etc*) seamlessly.
b. Performance impact (if any) needs to be addressed
2. The candidate must be passionate and should have obsession
towards building pixel perfect web-sites and applications.
I would like to see some sample work done by the candidate and
hence please make sure to include in the resume.
a. Absolute must to have some examples with them
(current once seem to be below their expectations of pixel perfect
web-sites)
3. *Creative//Web Design* background
a. Have worked on creating pixel perfect screens from
Concepts/designs
b. Can think, suggest better ways of User Presentation
than what was conceptualized
c. Can work independently with minimal guidance
d. Has a background with Photography, Video creation
and Rich Internet Application
