Experience must include business and systems analysis, requirements gathering utilizing JAD sessions, client interviews, and subject matter experts. - Experience in developing business requirement documents and end user documentation using Microsoft tools (i.e., use cases, flow charts, report and screen mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, screen designs). - Demonstrated hands-on experience in quality assurance testing and development of user acceptance documents. - Experience in Agile environment working as Scrum Master. - Experience working with complex financial data in government environment. - Certified Scrum Master (SCM) designation - A copy of the Certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
