· * PeopleSoft CRM 9.0 *system using the Support, Help Desk, and
Field Service
modules.
· Good understanding of CRM BORM (Business Object Relationship
Model)

Strong command of the PeopleSoft development suite (version 8.51) and
functional understanding of the CRM product including Customer 360 Degree
View are required.
· In depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Integrations (Component Interface,
Integration
Broker, XML, and Application Packages).
·
Multichannel Framework including CTI Integration (nice to have).
·
ERMS (Email Response Management System) (nice to have).
·
Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 (nice to have).
