Role :Business Analyst Location : Richmond, VA Duration :12 month project DIRECT F2F INTERVIEW Job Description : Ø We want candidates to know that absences greater than two weeks must be approved by management in advance, and contact information must be provided so that the consultant can be reached during his or her absence. Ø The Client has the right to dismiss the consultant if he or she does not return to work by the agreed upon date. Ø Is candidate willing and able to come to Richmond, VA for a personal interview without an initial phone interview? Ø NO phone interviews will be conducted for this position, NO exceptions. DMV Business Analyst: Ø Business analyst working with the WebCat 2 team. Ø Assists with the development and maintenance of the WebCat 2 application re-write effort. Will gather requirements with business users, developers and all stakeholders. Creates user stories, use cases, process flows, and all other typical analyst documentation/deliverables. Ø Participates in daily scrum sessions and all relevant meetings/planning/etc. Ø related to the WebCat 2 re-write development effort. Ø Requirements gathering with Use Case and/or UML experience Ø Required Ø 5 Ø Years Ø Agile methodology experience Ø Required Ø 5 Ø Years Ø gathering / developing use cases/UML Ø Required Ø 5 Ø Years Ø working with end users, developers and all level of both technical and business user Ø Required Ø 5 Ø Years Ø participating in the planning of sprint goals/work items Ø Required Ø 5 Ø Years Ø Use case development tools such as EA, Case Complete/etc. Ø Required Ø 5 Ø Years Thanks.
