3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 **months experience, and at least one of the fol**lowing should ap**ply:* - Experience as a Business Analyst working on software maintenance projects. - Experience with analysis and documentation of business systems or processes by describing relevant factors including work flow processes, data input and output activities, descriptions of data elements, and overall program goals, objectives, and external considerations, such as federal and state mandates. - Leading meetings and facilitating requirements sessions with business/program subject matter experts including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and security requirements. - Experience with process flow and system diagram development using tools such as MS Visio for use in requirements or technical documents. - Direct experience working on writing deliverables, such as requirements, design, development, testing, data conversion, transition, and deployment plans. - Experience as performing project activities such as development of project scopes and schedules, identification of deliverables and tasks, preparations of communications plans, risk identification and management, team building activities, quality management, and issue management. - Experience gathering, organizing, and documenting preliminary analyses of information such as alternatives analyses or project approaches. - Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a project team of at least 10 team members. - Experience preparing, facilitating, or mentoring the development of testing approaches, test plans, and test case scenarios. - Experience preparing status reports, and other summary or project reports. - Experience working with project sponsors, or executive stakeholders in terms of status reporting, issue resolution, project approaches, project scopes, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, or risk management plans. - Experience mentoring and training junior or mid-level business analysts. - Experience mentoring, training, or facilitating the effective use of various business analysis, project management, and quality control (testing) tools, techniques, and methodologies. - Preparing and executing a knowledge transfer. - Business Analyst Certifications (e.g., CBAP) -A copy of the certification and certification number must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form. - Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP) -A copy of the certification and certification number must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form. - Security Training and Certifications (e.g., CSSLP) -A copy of the certification and certification number must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form. - BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution. -A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
