Software Development and Testing Related Experience 5+ years of experience performing business process analysis; 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting user requirements; Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences; Demonstrated ability to perform the translation of business process requirements into technical requirements; Demonstrated ability to produce business and/or technical documentation related to the requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, design, process and data flow diagrams, data migration, testing, and training; and Ability to validate user requirements, provide written test plans, verify product functionality and coordinate testing activities. Responsibilities Conduct gap analyses of multiple department database systems and document the findings; Produce matrices of data system needs to successfully integrate the specified data systems; Provide weekly status reports, via email, detailing the progress of deliverables outlined in Sections 8.2.1. – 8.2.5; and Consult with Program and IT staff, as dictated by the project’s needs, to provide detailed information regarding software defects, functional requirements and design of application enhancements. Deliverables Provide a gap analysis between the Electronic Disease Notification System (EDN) and Refugee Domestic Health Assessment System (RDHAS) demographic and overseas medical data elements by June 30, 2014 as specified in Service Task 8.1.1; Provide a gap analysis between RDHAS and the department’s HMS by June 30, 2014 as specified in Service Task 8.1.1; Provide a gap analysis between the Florida State Health Online Tracking System (SHOTS) and RDHAS by June 30, 2014 as specified in Service Task 8.1.1; Provide a matrix of RDHAS eligibility and business rule needs and HMS compatibility by June 30, 2014 as specified in Service Task 8.1.2; and Provide a requirements traceability matrix inclusive of impacted RDHAS billing practices to ensure full functionality following data integration with HMS by June 30, 2014 as specified in Service Task 8.1.2. Provide a report at the end of each week of the project period detailing the status of Deliverables 8.2.1. – 8.2.5., as specified in Service Task 8.1.3.
