Job Requirements Core technologies: Should have 3+ year experience in Solaris/RHEL. Installing/configuring RHEL on HP DL385-DL585 servers installation/configuration of VMware clients Should be experienced on Solaris Ldom/Zones installation and configuration. Should be experienced in Jumpstaring Solaris servers and Kickstarting Linux servers. Knowledge of Oracle client/DB. Working knowledge of EMC tools Knowledge of monitoring tools (HPOV, Nagios). Familiar with Disaster Recovery Procedures Adding and configuring external devices like San disks SAN storage, backups, fabric, and fabric switching devices, HBAs Working knowledge of EMC tools: powerpath, solutionenabler, Ecc Agent Should have deep understanding of Infrastructure Architecture. Should have good understanding of Global Load Balancer, Load Balancer, F5, DNS, Firewalls, LDAP UNIX/LINUX scripting experience is plus.. Should have good understanding of high availability, DR & BCP. Other responsibilities: Should have complete understanding from provisioning, server builds, application middleware builds, firewalls, load balancer, DNS. Should be able to provide inputs to Architects in project designs. Should be able to co-ordinate between multiple teams. Main role of this position would be to build and configure servers.
