Send me profiles : ar...@vedicsoft.com *Looking for USC / GC * *Role : Sr. Business Analyst * *Location: Parsippany, NJ* *Duration: 6+months * *Summary* The Sr. Manager, Business Analysis, works as a primary interface between HIT and business units in order to elicit, analyze, validate, document, communicate and manage requirements for the ETG specific projects through the entire life cycle of the project. The potential candidate will understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and plays an active role in providing direction, oversight and co-ordination to requirements management activities across the projects lifecycle. We are seeking someone that has a great leadership and communication skills that will add a great value to our BA team. *Scope/Financial Responsibility* Responsible for managing the capital utilization of the resources and ensuring that the group achieves its capital utilization target. · Strong communicator and willing to build strong business relationships and internal IT departments relationship · Develops expertise in the business processes that drive the applications within the WHG scope · Develops expertise in the application and use of systems, tools, and processes within the HIT's scope · Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements. · Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements · Documenting and analyzing the required information and data · In-depth understanding of Business analysis and requirement engineering with baseline knowledge of application architecture, integration architecture and data architecture. · Escalates issues to the Sr. Director and/or VP in a timely and appropriate manner along with the appropriate risk analysis and mitigation plan. · Must have the ability to prioritize and effectively delegate in a high-pressure environment · Ability to be creative and work in projects with challenging conditions and schedule Minimum Requirements and Qualifications State the specific levels of the following that are needed to perform the minimum duties of the position. (E.g. college degree, 3-5 years public accounting experience, CPA) - MBA or equivalent work experience - *Must have 7+ years of technical experience in business analysis, requirements definition, business architecture and process modeling* - Must have relevant experience developing business solutions for mission critical projects using a business architecture and process modeling approach - *Experience leading and mentoring highly skilled business and requirements analyst professionals* - Must be able to set priorities and multi-task between many simultaneous strategic projects and day-to-day maintenance related activities. - *Tools required experience: HP QC, ReqPro, BluePrint or equivalent requirement management tools. * - *SDLC methodology: Rational Unified Process and Agile, Agile* - Business Requirements experience in: Use Cases, Business Rule Development, User Interface Specifications and Functional Specifications - Hotel business domain knowledge preferred. Complexity The Sr. Manager, Business Analysis will need to have leadership and conflict resolution skills. Experience in managing enterprise-wide initiatives. Sensitive to changing business priorities.
