Position: Sr java developer Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 7 Months Contract Job Description: 8 + yrs exp with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. Typically leads/mentors less experienced staff or projects in area of expertise. Strong problem solving skills in heterogeneous distributed environment. IVR (A MUST) Exp with design, development and deployment of client-facing IVR and contact center applications, preferably using Avaya platforms. Should include coordination of design and integration of IVR and CTI applications developed by internal groups as well as external vendors. Exposure to speech recognition technology and call center solutions· Exp with distributed development efforts (across more than one geographical location and groups).
