*Location : *Torrance,CA *Position 1* * Salesforce Architect* · At least 7-8 years of working as an Architect in Salesforce project implementation. · Expertise in working as an Architect in Salesforce projects involving integration with Legacy systems. · Expertise with knowledge management Suite of Salesforce Product. · Experience in working with big salesforce implementations. *Position 2* * Salesforce BSA* · At least 7-8 years of BSA work experience. · Experience in working as a BSA on big Salesforce implementation. · Thorough understanding of working in Salesforce projects. · Experience in working with Agile software development methodology. · Leveraging thorough understanding of the business process and related information systems to create current business process models (as is process map) and future business process models (to-be process map) · Collaborating with business partners to analyze and understand business problem/need · Leading the detailed requirement gathering sessions with the business owners and technical leads · Eliciting business and user requirements from business partners using a variety of Industry Standard/Best Practices techniques · Translating the business and user requirements into system, security, database, functional and non-functional requirements · Documenting, categorizing and prioritizing all requirements · Validating requirements for quality attributes, such as clarity, compliance, security, conciseness, correctness, completeness, testability, and traceability · Creating and documenting functional specifications, use cases, and designs · Collaborating with cross-application teams to design comprehensive solution based on business and system requirements · Analyzing impacts to application and upstream and downstream interfacing systems · Making recommendations and proposing technical/non-technical solutions to solve business problem and meet business requirements · Using proto-typing techniques and tools to validate and verifying that the proposed solution will meet the business and user requirements · Partnering with business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and success metrics for proposed solution · Reviewing and approving project documentation, including estimates, RACIs, project plans, and technical blueprints *Position 3* *Salesforce Tech Lead.* · Expert level skills in both leading efforts requiring Apex Development, Visual Force Development, and SF System Configuration · Should have hands on experience and should be able to code in Apex, Visual Force and be able to configure Sales force. · Should be expert in Salesforce intergrations to enterprise legacy systems · Experience with leading multiple enterprise Salesforce Solution efforts where various integration patterns to both enterprise legacy systems and 3rd party vendor systems are required to support the Salesforce Solutions -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
