a. ASP.NET MVC 4, (MVC 5 is preferred) b. C# Language c. Razor View Syntax d. Kendo UI (JS or ASP.NET Wrappers) e. HTML5, CSS3 f. JQuery Not as rate restrictive, so more up to 65 or so. BUT, they have to be worth it, not just $50hr guys that are now more money because of a larger budget.
