Daily *Responsibilities*: * Write and develop test cases. * Do test execution. * Identify test cases which can be automated and Automate using preferably Python or shell scripting. * Identify defects and troubleshooting issues. * Filing/reporting bugs and maintaining test environment. The candidate will work in a lab environment to troubleshoot issues, test HW and SW functionality and communicate results. *Necessary Skills (Must Have): * * HW Validation experience is a must. * Experience with one or more scripting languages such as Python, Shell Scripting. * Experience writing and executing test cases * Ability to analyze and debug issues * Able to work with limited supervision and meet all deliverables Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have): * Knowledge of Android and Java * Knowledge of BIOS/Firmware * Knowledge of SOC/X86 based systems *Special Points*: 1. Familiarity with Android Kernel driver / system settings. 2. Ability to do Python scripting. 3. Can work independently and guide the team on Android related knowhow. 4. Knowledge of PyAnvil and/or TeamCity is a plus.
