As a senior member of the Applications Performance Management team the Lead Performance Testing Engineer is expected to be a strong senior level load testing engineer that can work independently and has a proven track record of being able to handle multiple projects at the same time. Recommended: Experience with java development or other software development experience. Experience administering systems and applications (Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, etc.) Experience with NeoLoad would be a plus. Experience with Flash/Flex protocol for scripting/testing. Required: Must have at least 8 years' experience in Performance Testing - preferably with 4 years independently leading on projects. Strong experience in load testing with HP Performance Center 11 and scripting on VUGen 11. Experience testing web application written in Java. Preferred development experience in java, perl, and javascript. Experience with various java/application monitoring tools as well as server monitoring tools. Experience in Amazon EC2 and virtualization testing Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to analyze performance test results.
