Position Responsibilities: Perform system and user administrator tasks on LMS system, Support problem resolution related to our Learning Management System, Test and validate changes to the LMS to ensure new features and enhancements function as designed, Respond to email and telephone support inquiries within defined standards, in an appropriate and timely manner, Design, write, and edit user guides and manuals, online help and documentation guides, training materials, online tutorials and quick reference guides, Collaborate with team members to design, develop and deploy communications relating to LMS initiatives and enhancements, Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff and management.
